Yoga is a great way to strengthen and stretch the body, mind and soul.  From a baby-boomer who has never done yoga to a young millennial who has been practicing for a few year but is now pregnant I like to tailor to everyone in what they need.  I am happy to do private in home sessions, small groups to studio size classes.

About My Practice

 Yoga for All Ages & Levels

My specialties are with beginners as well as prenatal classes.  I like to create a safe and comfortable space for each individual to relax, learn and love them-self.

For many beginners there is a fear of attending classes because they don't feel that they are "flexible enough" or because they can't do "crazy headstands".  My passion is to help you overcome those fears of yoga and realize that it is a personalized practice and is unique as you!

As for my prenatal session, this is where I tie in my passion for pregnant women and labor/birth preparation.  Prenatal yoga has so many benefits from bonding with your baby to breathing techniques for labor.
